"I thought the show was very well put together. The setup reminded me of some of the Shunt Lounge's curations [...] in London."

"A visionary idea inspired by a symbolic building.
An ambitious project set in a difficult site.
Complicated choreography with tricky timing.
The dream-like quality was admirably achieved!
Awesome!
Congratulations!!"

"A night of disjointed dreams in the surreal spaces of the once grand Ansteys building: I catch a rickety lift to the top floor, negotiating a final staircase on hands and knees. An opera singer shrieks in the stairwell and in a dark recess, a boy wrests an unrecognisable melody from a badly-tuned violin. Down in the basement, a figure pulls a tutu aglow with fairy lights up onto his hips to perform maniacal moves. Masked people dressed all in black hastily converge onto the balcony where a tall man with a green mesh spine emerging from his back conducts an orchestra. Small children play adult sized instruments, pigeons materialise from their hiding places and the opera singer dances a can-can to Offenbach’s Orpheus.
Fantastic evening! Well done, Leigh, for pulling off this amazingly ambitious project! So proud."
